Shipping
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day, except in certain circumstances, particularly when we are attending a tattoo convention or another exceptional event. In such cases, information will be communicated as soon as possible on our website or social media.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are shipped on the next business day.
Shipments are handled by UPS. If you would like to use another carrier, please contact us directly by phone.
We can deliver to your home, to a UPS Access Point, to our shop, or directly to conventions we attend.
Regardless of the shipping method selected (excluding convention deliveries), a tracking number will be provided as soon as the shipping label is created, generally by email.
We make every effort to ensure that the delivery times indicated by the carriers are respected. However, delivery times are dependent on the carrier and are beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and Germany:
- For orders under €150 excluding VAT, shipping costs are payable by the Customer.
- From €150 excluding VAT, delivery is free to a UPS Access Point for parcels weighing no more than 5 kg in total.
- For parcels weighing more than 5 kg, delivery is free for the first 5 kg; additional kilograms may be charged according to the applicable rates.
- For standard home delivery or SAVER delivery, when delivery to a UPS Access Point is free, the Customer only pays the difference between the selected delivery method and the UPS Access Point rate.
- From €300 excluding VAT, delivery is free to a UPS Access Point and by standard home delivery. If an express/SAVER delivery method is selected, the Customer only pays the difference between the selected service and the standard delivery rate.
Other European Union countries:
For other European Union countries, delivery is free from €300 excluding VAT or €400 excluding VAT, depending on the geographical area, using standard delivery.
The Customer may choose a SAVER delivery service where available. In this case, free delivery applies based on the standard delivery rate, and the Customer only pays the difference between the express/SAVER service and the standard service.
Delivery to a UPS Access Point may be available depending on the destination, but no specific shipping discount or benefit applies.
French Overseas Territories and regions (DOM-TOM) and destinations outside the European Union:
For the French Overseas Territories and regions (DOM-TOM), as well as destinations outside the European Union, shipping costs are entirely payable by the Customer. No free-shipping threshold applies.
Where several delivery methods are available (standard and SAVER), the Customer is responsible for the full shipping cost corresponding to the selected delivery method.
These shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Returns
You have a 14-day withdrawal period for any order placed through our website. Please note that the item(s) concerned must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used.
The withdrawal period is 7 days for purchases made at our premises.
